Carta currently operates in Europe and across North America with offices in London and Toronto. The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Client Success and be a member of our Customer Success team. This role will provide the CSM team with day-to-day administration and coordinator support taking on Project and Account Manager responsibilities where necessary. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Program Manager team and will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the team! 

What you’ll do: 

  • Liaise with internal staff and external contacts to expedite project activities, ensuring completion to plan

  • Timely communication with CSMs regarding status of project milestones

  • Maintain records, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, tracking and expediting project/account activities 

  • Work with the Program Manager on program setups and project plans 

  • Support the Program Manager by liaising with the internal teams on the setup of any 3rd party organizations, functions or architectures required 

  • Support the Program Manager by liaising with the internal teams during the testing and acceptance phase of the programme/ amended processes 

  • Report and escalate any changes to the project plan to Program Manager (delays/potential upcoming delays in delivery of a project task, production fix or change request) 

  • Organize, setup and take part in client training sessions led by internal responsible teams during the project delivery phase and take notes of any key information 

  • Maintain online filing systems for shared project/account documents management 

  • Regular extraction, manipulation, and presentation of company KPI’s 

  • Liaise with finance team on a bi-monthly basis to receive the invoices status and share it with the Program Manager

 What you’ll need:   

  • 2 years experience in a project coordinator role with prior fintech or pre-paid card program knowledge is an asset 

  • A positive, up-beat approach to everything you do 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships internally at all levels of the business as well as externally with clients 

  • Strong organization skills, detailed orientated and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Experience developing and improving upon processes 

  • Not afraid to speak up and make proactive suggestions and plans of action
