Are you a natural networker? Do you love bringing people, ideas, and products together all while keeping a strategic eye on the business? We are looking for a Partnerships & Affiliate Manager to manage, grow, and maintain our affiliate marketing channel. Reporting to the VP, Growth you will help build relationships with partners that add value and strengthen engagement with our members. You’ll identify and generate leads that drive the growth of our platform.   

What you'll do:

  • Manage Mogo’s current loan affiliate partnerships, grow loan leads and ensure profitability and alignment with strategic goals 
  • Identify and develop relationships with new affiliate partners that compliment Mogo’s full suite of products 
  • Source strategically beneficial products/companies/services to refer to our current member base through targeted channels (I.e. email, push and in-app messaging)  
  • Negotiate partnership terms, support execution and monitor the performance of our affiliate partnerships 
  • Work with affiliates to grow loan lead channels and lower costs 
  • Analyze and optimize funnel performance to increase member conversion and monetization 
  • Allocate and manage an affiliate budget while keeping a keen eye on cost of acquisition targets 
  • Align with internal stakeholders on affiliate loan performance and manage affiliate performance improvement 
  • Manage and strengthen performance reporting to measure success and to develop a clear set of recommendations for future campaigns 
  • Coordinate with the design team on the creation of new creative assets and content required for affiliate campaigns 
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, regularly using our suite of products, sharing the brand with friends and family, and providing feedback to the team for improvements

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years experience managing affiliate marketing or online partnerships 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Google Analytics 
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks such as Fintel Connect, Commission Junction, Rakuten Linkshare, Impact Radius, etc. 
  • Knowledge of SendGrid is an asset 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills 
  • Motivated results-focused attitude 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
