Marketing Coordinator

This position will be a key support responsible for the coordination and implementation of all marketing assets for the Acquisition team. The person in this role requires a basic understanding of all aspects of marketing including website content marketing and optimization, email marketing, online advertising/promotions, user experience, project management and reporting. They will work closely with their rad team members to support on their deliverables


What you'll do:

  • Proactively manage web content to ensure it is aligned with the overall brand and organizational objectives and is SEO-Optimized.
  • Support Email Marketing campaigns and programs
  • Support in the creation and deployment of campaign assets such as landing pages, and emails and ensure they are delivered to market on time.
  • Assist with on-going team reporting such as overall digital performance, email marketing, nurture stream performance, search, and digital media.
  • Support in the creation of dashboards, reports, and generate valuable insights to the wider organization on any marketing related efforts.
  • Support in the coordination of paid media (social/display/print) assets


What you'll need:

  • Advanced ability to evaluate creative and recommend improvements to increase results
  • Advanced ability and confidence in leading multi-faceted projects
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar tools)
  • Intermediate demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • You enjoy a fast paced environment
  • Basic ability to edit and code basic HTML/CSS, preferably with experience specific to emails
  • Advance knowledge of Excel or similar tools to help transform and manipulate data to report on it in a meaningful way
  • Intermediate analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Basic knowledge of with design programs, such as Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing tools
